Monday Painting & Drawing

This course is for anyone wishing to extend and develop their practice in painting and drawing. The workshops will look at different approaches to creating imagery, and will use a variety of media including monotype, painting and drawing.

 

In an explorative environment you will develop your use of different media in painting and drawing, whilst being encouraged to develop your own area of interest. At the end of the course you will have built up a substantial variety of work in different media, and have identified your own area of direction.

 

We will work with drawing and painting materials: graphite/pencil/charcoal/ pastels, water or oil based media. Work on paper, canvas or board. Your tutor will advise you if you need help with materials needed.
